AMERICAN COLLEGEOF DENTISTS2026 ANNUAL MEETING & CONVOCATION
Dr. Salima Dadani at ACD 2026
Ethics. Leadership.
Care that puts people first.

Leading with care.
Learning with purpose.
Dr. Salima Dadani, CEO & Director of Clinical Care at Silver Valet Dental Care, is attending the American College of Dentists’ 2026 Annual Meeting and Convocation in Santa Barbara, California, on October 23–24.
The gathering at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort brings dental professionals together around ethics, professionalism and leadership. For Silver Valet, continued learning is part of our commitment to thoughtful, accessible care for seniors and the communities we serve.

A conversation about
ethical leadership.
The meeting’s Regency Breakout Session brings together two themes: ACD 101, an introduction and refresher on the College, and collaborative work on its Core Standards for Leadership.
Participants are invited to help begin shaping a practical Standards for Leadership Handbook, building on the ACD’s published Standards for Leadership in Oral Health Care. It is proposed as a companion to the Ethics Handbook for Dentistry.
Leadership is a skill to develop through reflection, education, collaboration and experience.
