Dr. Salima Dadani

For Dr. Salima Dadani, the best part of having been a dentist was being able to help improve her patients’ health, self-esteem, and wellbeing. A native of Vancouver, Salima attended the University of British Columbia where she received her BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She then attended the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston where she received her DMD degree (Doctor of Medical Dentistry). In addition, she has taken extensive courses in Dental Practice Management from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. As former owner and principal dentist of a successful practice in North Vancouver, Salima focused her efforts on providing family dental care, including general, aesthetic, and preventative treatments. She prided herself in nurturing long lasting, patient relationships that end with healthy smiles. Salima is now broadening her focus towards addressing patient populations that traditionally do not have access to oral care. She is dedicated to the newest advancements in dentistry and proactively keeps up-to-date with the latest technologies. Importantly, Salima works with Silver Valet Dental Care's team of dental professionals to offer the best possible long term, whole body health. Salima is a standing member of the Canadian Dental Association, the British Columbia Dental Association and a non-practising registrant of the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia.

Director of Operations & Growth
For Amin, being the Director of Operations & Growth at Silver Valet Dental Care is about building strong systems, scaling operations, and creating real impact in how seniors receive high-quality mobile dental care, not just managing daily tasks. Amin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and has a strong background in business operations and leadership. He further strengthened his healthcare management expertise by completing the Johns Hopkins Medical Office Manager Professional Certificate, gaining practical knowledge in healthcare operations, human resources, quality and safety, electronic health records, and revenue cycle management. At Silver Valet Dental Care, Amin leads operational strategy and growth initiatives. He focuses on building scalable systems, improving workflows, supporting clinical teams, and using technology to improve service delivery and patient experience. He works closely with leadership to expand operations while maintaining high standards of care and operational excellence. Amin’s leadership style is hands-on, practical, and growth-driven — focused on expanding Silver Valet Dental Care’s reach and making high-quality mobile dental services more accessible to seniors across more communities.
